RETURNS AND REFUNDS: SURFBOARDS
Please select carefully at the time when you place your order. There are no returns, or cancellations (once shipped) on ordered surfboards. This includes sale/reduced surfboards, limited edition artwork models, custom surfboards and made to order surfboards. Return for other products (excluding surfboards) will only be accepted within 14 days of you receiving the goods. A restocking fee of 10% (or $10 whichever is greater) of the purchase price will be deducted. Returned goods must be in its original condition and include all the original packaging. Shipping and handling cost are not refundable. This return policy is applicable for change of mind, and lack of expertise for use of product. You must pay all cost associated with the return shipping. Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to SurfBored within 7 days of you receiving the delivery. This can only be done by E-mail to info@surf-bored.com. If item(s) received is not what was ordered please do not open the sealed package in which it was sent. Any attempt to use the incorrect item will be deemed to be acceptance by the customer of the item(s) as a satisfactory substitute for the one that was ordered and no further claim can be raised thereafter. SurfBored owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been dispatched in error.
There will be no credit given on order price difference, due to price drops.
Please retain all original packaging in case of a return or damage in transit, so that the carrier will be able to inspect any damage incurred and return damaged item to SurfBored.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES
We may exchange, refund or issue a store credit for a change of mind purchase subject to several conditions:
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery with original tags and receipt.
• Goods on sale with reduced pricing are final sale no returns, except in the case of damaged or faulty product.
• Goods cannot have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer.
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
• Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact SurfBored within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.

If a refund or store credit is due, refunds will be processed once item is received back to us. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to receive the refund. (Times may vary dependent on your bank)
