WE'RE PROUD TO ANNOUNCE ROUTE ORDER TRACKING & PACKAGE INSURANCE!
SurfBored is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. Every package shipped is protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you!
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

- $90 Flat rate shipping on surfboards under 9'0" in length.
- $150 Flat rate shipping on surfboards 9'0" or greater in length.
- Discounted shipping when you buy 2 or more.
- $5 Flat rate shipping for apparel, accessories and anything else other than surfboards.
Please allow up to 48 hours for shipment to be processed (typically sooner).
2 - 5 Business days shipping time after item is shipped.

Shipping time varies depending on your location.
We ship via UPS Ground. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by SurfBored. Customers are responsible for paying any shipping charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to accept the delivery. Any delivery requests must be made prior to the shipment of the order. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
